  2. bewted is right show westis are terrible flyers
  3. dovescot training rollers is as easy as it is hard the mane thing is never leave food in with them . the first thing is to get them coming off there perches and onto the floor for there food [only feed them weat]. once they are doing this for 3 days start letting them out but only when they are hungry once they are out try to get them in with food do this for about a week leaving them out longer each time. now the dropping part most people use a landing pole it needs to be about 8ft above your loft and normally they will use this straight away. the main thing is to keep them hungry so you have got control over them if you loose control you will loose the enjoyment as they will sit all over the roofs. this is only the basics but i hope it helps ;D ;D ;D
  4. a tumbler will do 1 or 2 turns but a roller if trained propperly will drop about 40ft and look like a ball falling out the air

  7. cheers frank but i was thinking more about keeping the cold and wind out. my loft is heavily ventilated should i close it up abit for the cold and windy months ahead? cheers in advance

  12. steve0 you are right they are amazing to watch i went on the 2007 world cup fly well half of it anyway as the wife wouldnt let me on all of it. and there is some amazing kits out there especially dave moslys. anyone who hasnt seen a kit of compitition rollers i recomend ya do i promise ya you wont take your eyes off um
  13. redfox rollers are wat you make of them mate as long as they aint got any major faults like not kitting as was said or rolling down or coming out of the roll facing the wrong way my advice is buy cheap and breed a kit and you will learn from them GOOD LUCK

  25. west of england i think the best thing to keep feather legs on is bird sand mixed with chalk dust but go easy with the chalk m8 this will keep there feet spotless hope it helps m8
