why do so many not either wing stamp,or have tel number ring? i always report it but it would save so much time & effort if they had either of these & the owner would get the yb back sooner!!!!! is the reason for this because they cant be botherd to send for em???

this year we did a 10 bird nom for a bit of interest £2 per bird & pool up to £2 with around £20 per position & same with pools split around 10 ways you could still send as many as you wanted.we did this as they were no prize money all birdage went to fed worked realy well as picking 10 is hard which was great for me as i only have a small team. i wanted to do same with ybs but some dont want it as they have stacks of ybs & makes it exspensive earlier this year i picked up a nearly £300 with pools & prize money for a 3 bird race which was well nice.

ive sometimes sent ybs training at the early learning stage from further than that & they still go ranging untill they learnt what they suppose to do when leavind the basket

does anyone still believe in feeding beens on the build up?

im sending to my 1st 500mile race in 4weeks & would like advice of prepairing the birds for the race to give them the best chance they have especially feeding & training the 5 im sending are all yearlings and have been over the channel once 370 miles many thanks

west coast fed & west cumbria,liverpool up at lessay 7.30 am think its too early to be them but never know better get out to the loft just in case

mine started to lay now should be 7days sitting for next weeks channel race

fylde 2bird up at 7.50 portland east wind turning to north east from cheltenham upwards west coast fed 9.00 portland same wind

mine have bath every sunday as the race programme goes on when home early give em bath sat afternoon

ours did 1400 162 miles no wind

north west fed up at 8.50 from worcester

great set up & looks like a fab location & drop

well its the start of the season,hard to believe being so cold. if racing where you from i sent 20 to nantwich 55miles gonna be hard but think we will get a race

if mine dont get any training & weather is still cold i will not be sending ive got all yearlings & ive seen so many yearling lost at those first few races when its so cold
