This chequer cocks breeding can be traced back to the early 1970's on his sires side,which I refer to as the old blues,containing Krauth, Logan,Hansenne etc. His dam was bred from a son of "Little Doddie", gold award winner for the late Dod Ross,when paired to a Delbar hen. The cream always comes to the top as they say. "Fritz" will be paired to a blue w/f Delbar hen, bred by my late father,Billy Cowie. Ring number SU08AB3430,she was sold to Jock Leadbetter at his clearence sale and I got her Back this season These Delbars have been prolific for us since we got them in1986 from the late John Smith of Skegness

Have a look at the timeframe The guy was given 2 contact numbers within 30 minutes of reporting bird. Neither of them got a call and bird was released next morning !!

Questions; Why no phone call to owner Why release bird so far from home without contacting owner Who is/was racing bird that does not belong to them Mr Baxter does not use pigeon basics so would Not pm you. I bred the bird and recognised the number, that's why I supplied you with his mobile but he never got a call. I appreciate you may have thought you were doing the right thing releasing the bird a fair bit up the road unfortunately it has gone AWOL again. This bird went missing last year and was never reported. I find it very strange you choose to Release it so far from home and did not bother to call the owner. Thus raising a number of questions
