Same as yesterday morning, quite damp and a tad chilly here on the East Coast of Fife

very interesting, I have never heard of this before.

The 4 products I have mentioned are given to aid/maintain good health, and not as performance enhancing products. I was one of those fanciers who in the past use to spend good money on purchasing some of the many products on offer, and failed to see the benefit, how ever I am not claiming using the products from the supermarket have made my birds winners, but in my opinion aided there good health, I did win this year,(not enough) and also scored from the only SNFC Chanel race I entered from Clermont, 64th Open, so these cheap products in my opinion, did not do my birds any harm. All I am saying is, are we as fanciers constantly being fooled into purchasing "winning potions"? JMO It is a hard choice to select 1 from the 4 mentioned, but to attempt to answer your question, I would say the garlic bulb.

Was reading my BHW and could not ignore the many adverts, selling pigeon products at inflated prices, and I began to reflect on some of the products I have used this year, which were bought from the local supermarket. Here are some; Garlic bulbs Cider vinegar Natural probiotic yoghurt Lemon juice what other products have you purchased for your birds from your local supermarket, for a small cost? or are you one of the many fanciers that believes success comes in the form of a very expensive product in a bottle, like the many advertised in the pigeon journals, that guarantee instant success.http://forum.pigeonbasics.org/public/style_emoticons/default/emoticon-0136-giggle.gif
