  13. I have had success with my widowhood team, however on basketing night I just turn over the bowls and let the hens through, I don,t care if they tread :-/ would like to hear others views on my way :-/

  22. Well, on going out to the lofts this morning, what a change from yesterday :-/ as it was reasonably calm, with a little wind but cold, but no SNOW :-/ is this SUMMER or an April Fool????????
  23. after 5days if you hold the egg upto a light, you should see blood lines, which indicates it is filled, the birds will dispose of the egg shells, try and not disturb the eggs too often
  24. I purchased birds off Roundo, and can say they have turned out to be crackers, however this will be my first year racing their off spring
  25. The cock bird will attempt to mate with any spare hens around. 19 days after the first egg is laid, the youngsters should hatch out Good Luck
