You're right Frank, what a weekend for Ally. Not only that, he was 1st Fed, 1st Combine YB Open the week before......outstanding flying. I was with him on Saturday when his first bird arrived and you could see that it had been trying...........came like a train. He was as high as a kite yesterday when I called to say that one of his Tarman birds was 16th, plus another one in 76th..........not bad out of three birds. Well done Ally & Jo.

Birds were released this morning at 8am into a WNW wind. The birds split into two batches about 5 mins after the release, the first lot headed off a bit quicker, with the other ones a few minutes behind. A fantastic sight to see..........I'll post some pictures later. Good luck to all competing. Roundo.
