Next question. for those of you's who say its damp lets see your loft floors

yeah its on 3 " bearers thats on dpc and the concrete floor under neath it also built on dpc.so if damp gets through that then am fooked

put what off the floor?

its what you call 1L1 it keeps out the condensation.also covers the brick walls.

Ok tell me what you thinks looks damp point it out to me as i was in today and swept the floor and felt it by hand and it was bone dry.is it the colour that makes you think its damp.

If water did get in it would run under my floor which the under side is covered with dpc and into the drains.

I also have siberian larch to put on the front of my loft and there will be a breathable membrane in between my loft and the larch.with a few ground level vents in it. but its still not damp????????

Yeah the whole lots built on dpc.where you seeing the damp i was in today and its bone dry there are also drains under my flights so any water is drained away.I work in the building trade so i know how to stop the damp.as for the front the concrete slopes away from the loft.water doesnt run uphill.

I built it all myself.there is a false floor in the lofts and the flights with plenty ventilation.so there is no damp.maybe the pictures dont do my loft any justice.i will post some new pics to show my lofts are dry.
