to day in derbyshire first day to day water had froze in drinkers since cold snap

i use a owl on top of loft and i know you will all say it dosent work, but i havent had any attacks since i put it on roof ov loft. yet other fancyers on allotments have had trouble with hawks, and i tell them to get one ov theys owls they just give me a funny look at £5 quid and no attacks they can look all they like p s my birds go out as much as possible

you can get non toxic felt tips . i yous ordenery felts had no problems

i agree with oldyellow when i had rollers some times my rollers dident stop and hit floor and sometimes they killed them selves so i d say uncontrold

fletchers corn has one for sale,but to be honest a small shed with 3 boxes is just as good. ps i will see if i can get a photo of it in new year when he opens

if you dont know whats cock and hens and you just want them to pair up id put nest bowles in boxs with shavings in them and let the birds in loft to gether and they will pair them selves up. but if you want serten birds to pair together then you have to start locking them to gether for a few days

they are all out of boxs now,i usely leave in boxs till they lay then let out, yes phil a part from yearling . i keped in boxs longer as swaped some of them about,and dident want any truble in boxs

iv checked them all over as i say they look perfecked they get minerals and grit in feed pot they have bean in box 2 weeks

iv notist to day after having stock boxed up that 2 of my hens sudenly carnt fly they are perfect apart from that, has any one els had this problem and if so wat do you do,and do they get flight back
