if only that pigeon had a jacket on ,then the bloke taking the pic would have one worth looking at ,[see how the jacket would solve all the probs ,it would have its talons firmly in the jacket and a pigeon attached to its self for life ,o what would they say about a pic like that ] ;D

swifts ,they are still releasing them [i personally have held 3 rings of goss hawks and 2 rings of percy,s this last 2 months ]

the same goes for man [he has killed hawks for years ] so no probs there either ,only nature after all .

yesterday a friend of mine witnessed 3 pigeons flying in a strait line ,he watched a perry take of and catch them up with ease and take 1 out .

so the RSPB tells them that there is only 2thousand breeding pairs [but admit to 5thousand breeding pairs ] :X

i hope it was not me .i was a whipper in ,and i have worked lurchers for over 35 years [i am what you might call the opposition ] i did not go on the march ,because i am a realist and knew it was like flogging a dead horse [but i still take EVERY QUARRY WITH MY DOG] so the new law did not affect me ,you say give him a chance ,the law did not stop him doing what he wants with his hawk ,he can still take all living quarry,with out any new rules ,un like us.and i bet if he or any other falconer was caught killing our racing pigeons with their hawks ,the law would go so easy on them that we would be blamed for letting our birds out in the first place,just like all those that get of shooting them ,by saying i could not tell the difference ,its a fecking joke.all our hard worke for *expletive removed* all .
