Good post. People are making rules here and rules there! Let people show what they want to show and let the judge pick what he wants to pick. End of the day its only one mans opinion and let the race basket inform us what the champions are

Would work that proven racers are in the class... But would reduce the amount that are in it! Some clubs are also stronger than others so a bit unfair on some of the west men who fly against big birdage and strong comp

You honestly think some of these birds don't race john?? If you have time you are welcome out to my lofts before the racing 2013. You can pick any you think are maybe dipped birds. Then we will basket them and you can watch them go into race baskets and come back sat for the race?? Seems only way you'll believe there flown.

All club secretaries keep the forms or the ring numbers of all the birds that were at each race for 2 years as proof

Hold on.... I am simply answering the question someone asked. Joe murphy judged the 400 mile class and kevin murphy won it! I never said anything about a bird not deserving to win it! I just would not put myself in that position if I was kevin murphy and that's why I found it awkward. My dads an ex pigeon fancier and if he was judging I'd ask what ever class he was put on for my birds not to be judged! Some people are different! Bird looked a cracker to me and was prob no doubt the rightful winner. I just would never put me or my old man in that position that's all

Yeah joe murphy was judging 400 mile class and Kevin Murphy won the class. Was an awkward situation to say the least!
