    if not set up for the race i would not send. better in the loft for a go at it next year.by the way that is good flying .but i am on the out side looking in. i am not to sure that i would not send as i will admit i do go trophy hunting. you know your birds better than anyone .do you think that they would do themselves justice .also if the worst happened could you afford to lose them . all the best on your decision.   2. well roland sorry to disapoint but i put up for 2 late breeds and i now have 6 rings coming so i am afraid i have to disapiont you.

  5. well birds are gone as i was trying to deal with 2 people at the same time . i was not wanting to disapoint ether one of them . so their for 2 will go to leicester and the other 2 will go to cheshire the later needs a courier any ideas. before any one says why is he given all 4 awayif birds are any good. the best birds i have had and raced have been gifts. i also have some from members on hear who travaled from lanarkshire area just to gift me a bird .WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND
  6. i have not got enough rings so if any one wants a pair 1 from 1 nest 1 from another pm me must be able to send 2 rings. late breeds worth having our i would not be breeding them.parents have club fed and 1 has a national ticket

    yes 1 or 2 to score at the xmus race then score in club fed next year.as did the same last year and scored this year the best being 10 th fed newbury 321 mile i took a chance sending her .her nest mate took 1st club 100 mile then hawked but he only lost half his tail feathers

    i have got some late breeds in nest now and will train them in winter .next year i will expect them to race to about 250 mile

    if birds have not been out as yb,s you can forget racing them.ybs need to fly as ybs to build muscle if you dont they will be no good as race birds.

    yes all birds had raced before and the best out the lot was a yearling hen.

    i will disagree with broken birds i joined the snfc for eastbourne and got 3 national tickets also scored in club just about evry week also 8th fed newbury and 1st 12th and17th fed eastbourne all birds have been in my loft 6 or 7 months all broken birds. all from the late george logan

    no i would not send late breeds to a distance race.i would treat them as yb,s next year and send them to about 250 260 mile.
  14. raced 97 to 05 then stoped started back this year best year i have had and picked up a few fed trofy,s on the way
  15. credit given to any 1 over 99 years old accompanied by both parents

  19. haveing a look at my yb,s hear is a red janthelan yb, who will take the place of the red fox i lost plus he is bred for a bit further.the picture does not do him justice
