Its a cloudy but dry start to the day here in Derry

I have 38 that are still in the nest all around 10-12 days old, I'm not planning to keep too many for myself this year so these Ybs are already promised to a few fund raising charities and the rest are being given to friends.

Had mine away today for a 25ml toss and for the 3rd time this week they have been well apart on their return but at least their having to think and navigate after a bop strike. Luckily I have just had my last bird return just now so hoping for a clear run tomorrow without the bops

Will be sending the birds this morning on their 3rd toss and today looks the best day so far so hopefully all will go well
