i had a pigeon delivered yesterday by cooper logistics,ok she was late but they did ring me about an hour before delivery and tell me they were sorry for the delay and they would be with me within 45 minutes.arrived 44 mins later very pleasent young lady and apologised for being late. will definately use again,
