I was checking planning before byielding my loft and sure it's 6 meters from the house 1 meter from neighbours fence and can't be higher than 2 and a half meters also think there is a limit to how much of ur entire garden u can erect structures think it's 3/4 of ur total garden space including ur front or side garden I'm sure these are the dimensions maybe try go ogling planning permissions in ur area

Gary reailly sorry to have messed u around my phone is goosed i cant take the young birds u kindly breed for me iv got a reacurring sickness in my loft at the minute and cant get the birds rite as im new my friend came round last nite and took a picture for his dad to see iv also sent away for a testing kit iv treated for pmv and gave them harkers 3 in 1 but some are still getting ill not eating losing weight being sick puffing up and developing yellow or whight spots on their throat iv had nearly every colour of dtopping going iv been trying to isolate them away if ubwant to gift them to somone else thats fine inwill get them transfered over again im reailly sorry for messing u around
