Its all caught up a square mouth shovel springs to mind

But u cant move the dead pigeon u need to leave it where it was caught

It does work The first thing it dpes is covers the pigeon then its aw caught up in the sticky tape

Next time it happens leave the pigeon and put that sticky fly paper over the pigeon like a cross and the sparrowhawk will always return and gets caught up in the tape then u take it and release 20 miles away
