about 20 pair have just laid first egg today, -
the good old kirkpatricks always did well over the mountains in Scotland for me winning all the way upto lerwick. wish I still had some.

I often do the same just make sure nest mates don't pair, will be putting a few together myself and leaving the rest to pick there own.

I agree with you fully mate and its not a good bird that wins this race its a lucky one, just hope one day thay ban it does nothing for the sport.
