Hi all, a meeting to discuss the manning of the above Station will be held at 7pm, next Wednesday 4th May 2016 at Castlepark Bowling Club, West Loan, Prestonpans,,(Clock Station). A Marking Convenor and a Clock Convenor are required and members to man marking tables- I know that many have helped out in the past and I appreciate this but due to another booking the hall must be cleared by 5.30 pm each Thursday marking so more tables are required for the busier races. Hope to see you there. Can those on this site make members who don't use it aware of the meeting at Club markings on Friday?

Only found out yesterday that the hall had been let after 6.30pm to a late booking. Word was put on as soon as possible. Like many others I had to take a holiday to cover the station. Mebbe when you are doing it next year you will do better
