well as in any walk of life Jilly , there are ,it appears some who do not care , i can speak for the vast majority tho , we do . it may have been something as simple as a holiday which has made the owner fail to get in touch with you . most racing pigeons who become lost , and who arent injured , after a few days of food and water can make there way home , i hope its the case here ,and would like to thank you ,for taking the time and trouble to help this bird on its way .
