Finally got laminate down in Kitchen hall way and under stairs broke me back and am killing , loft base to start at weekend news gets better all the time

Hi folks hope you all have been keeping well , finally got internet back on this morning but as you can imagine got loads to do still . On top of moving my b12 problem has come back ( pernicious anaemia )and are now on injections 3 times a week , but other than than all is well

Wild birds do tend to find there cures in nature but the over use of medications to create false form haven't helped the once robust racing pigeon and now most are one step away from a junkie and unable to survive without a cupboard full of medication , hence why I have returned to the days of old if aint right then nature needs speeding up
