Woke up this morning every part of my body aching from carrying sections and tiles all day up to 9pm last night lucky fer me got all remaining tiles in place to go up before I packed up last night
Cheers Duncan yes could be both lofts on a slope this one runs away from house and old un ran towards house Thinking of a cat flap there's plenty around here lol
Thanks for your input As said I'll judge the bases effectiveness by the timbers quality this has been out in all elements for 6 years and not one piece needed replacing which if did it would of been replaced Was surprised mesen at how well it's kept Plenty of life in it yet and me base not a haven fer vermin
All loft now at home thanks to Paul Douthwaite for giving up his time and bringing it on wagon in a few trips and he didn't even accept payment owe ya one mate , yer a star Also Thanks to George Hill ( me old man ) , Dellsidelofts and Peter Thorpe and Andrew Hindle that helped with the loading unloading Just need to get it back up now Dellsidelofts and I have put floor down tonight and covered all chipboard up Glad it's here now
Cheers matey , most of it not done by me lol been disabled not very good with power tools , however I did get all the fixings and put membrain down and lined it all up Most of it done by Dellsidelofts and me old man , so have to give others credit where it's due cost me nigh on a packet of fig rolls like pmsl
moved 1.1 miles lol not too far , but nearer to bairns school , nearer to pigeon club headquarters and nearer to my good friend Wayne AKA DellSidelofts oh and nearer to Chinese take a way which is probably a bad thing lol :emoticon-0140-rofl: , Well managed to get loft flattened today with Wayne's help , and the wooden base round to new house also moved a few tiles . Hopefully get the base down tomorrow before rest of loft arrives Loft came apart quite well only a little bit of damage which will be easily sorted
