  1. i think your right having discussed it with Kirky there was a few namely ones next to the auction room there was quite a few , but most of these birds stood out a mile
  2. ones he had at brid were ok ones i've seen last 2 years at blackers were also ok , perhaps hes been showing at the dome
  3. have to agree most roads lead back to a few old lofts , names come and go out of fashion but in my mind most are similar birds with a new fanciers name

    any ideas

rear around of ybs next season then at least you'l have some birds then when rearing second round and have big ybs let the go out on there own they'll probably not venture far as feeding ybs
  5. there is a system very similar to the one you state in operation , as most of you will know one member has been removed from site and technicaly banned and others have been banned in the past , warnings have been issued and do appear with a user warning which stays on for a month continued distruption of the site or abusive pms to moderators will not be tollerated Richard does his best to be fair in all cases as do the moderators .When you join the site you agree to the rules , i hope everyone enjoys the site after all were all making and meeting new friends and its a great way to learn for novices and old hands alike and change views ideas and theorys . Post are removed to be checked by Richard , he has the final say so if a moderator has conficting bias opinions then both sides are view unbiasly and dealt with in a simpathetic way if you recieve abusive or threatening pms we are happy to deal with them , but members are urged not to send them in the first instance if you feel angry perhaps a short break to compose yourself and weigh things up as in most cases things are typed in without the thought about wording and may and could come across in a way untended , i hope we all continue to enjoy this site , rember the members of the site make it what it is enjoy
  6. thats what i was thinking ;-) and i wont be buying Nobivac :X
  7. i bought one off Jaap supposed to be hen but the type of pigeon i like are there but not in abundance , he seems to have a few good lines but i think hes just a breeding loft rather than a racing loft nice bloke tho :-)

  9. a link to site would be usefull
  10. ill ask vet next time im there but im sure bacteria and good bacteria would be killed by acetic acid

  18. no reason for Jan Ardens not to have Opals some of the Jan Ardens have a bronze on the chequering and red from Invincible sprirt , but i do think there wildermesh certainly look like wildermesch but they can do 570 miles
  19. well as silver shadows are Van Loon i imagine the blue cocks a Van Loon
  20. The old Tourniers are an all distance family and most fanciers on the continent sought Tourniers birds to make there familys all rounders i should imagine with the base of Van Loon been Catrysse and Jansen these should do well at the longer races
  21. yes which go back to Jack Tournier The koopman birds are Van Loons been crossed with Van Dyck
  22. another idea is enter them into breeder buyer races in your local area then if they win you get half of the money
  23. yes its same organic oregano oil
  24. once entered the birds become the one lofts owners birds and are usualy sold to cover costs , but these things are covered in the one loft rules people swap birds all the time and if they wanted a few whites then why not ?
  25. one loft races are open to all , as long as your birds are registered to a racing union thats fine so no need to be in a club , most one loft races have a clear set of rules so you would have to read them , you would get a better test of your birds by flying them yourself or offering them to people that wish to race them for you
