  11. i make mine full size of shed i use brackets so as soon as side brackets are on and slots cut out and brackets on uprights either end they just slot together real easy

  15. they will be registered to you when you send in the transfer , but i understand where your coming from , as any other union ring has to be registered with the union also helps if go astray and have a foreign ring on perhap a read of there rules may help or someone on site may know

  17. your free to put pictures of birds up on site at your own risk , like i said putting birds up with ring numbers carrys a risk , i was trying to point out if someone fancied there chances at stealing then they would know what ring number the bird has got , i was showing the pitfalls of doing so , as to protect others from potential thieves , as there has been numerous of thefts over the last few years

  19. im not been funny ............. ( well you might think i am but assure you im not ) in the recent spate of bird thefts and loft break ins and stuff putting birds up along with there ring numbers is actualy helping would be theifs imo , cracking photo tho and nice back ground

  22. well im sure I could start a thread and put it on sticky called recommeded avian vets and have a list of avian vets Then members could send me the vet they use and would recommend to others
  23. quite agreed not every vet will know alot about pigeons , i think the R.P.R.A should do more on this front and seek good avian vets to add to a list so fanciers can better access them and know where to go in there area
  24. another consideration is how hard your water is if living in a hard ward area then water should be distilled as well by boiling and cooling
