  2. starting season with 28 birds away have 4 or 5 in loft injured and wont be raced this year

  10. if you can get ends together and keep locked up fer a few hours so glue dry's you will get a bit of rotten skin at edges but it soon repairs itself and heals well sometimes catgut rips through the crop doing more damage , at least you'l know for next time
  11. we don't heal as quick or mend as good or as fast as birds , they are truly amazing , hope yer bird bounces back

  16. they may have been put down as domesticated pigeons then been revised as feral , we know these bop loving folk all too well
  17. looks like Racing pigeons are classified as feral birds and looking numbers of Racing pigeons caught i believe the list to be true just the people taking numbers can't distinguish between racer and feral birds !!!!!! :emoticon-0179-headbang:
  18. if leaking when taking water on glue up , its a shame but at least he's made it home , i have two that wont race this year due to injuries
  19. as a personalised ring it makes finding the owner more difficult , however you could contact grahamgiddings@aol.com , and ask for fancy clubs in your area , and get in contact with the sectary who will hopefully know to whom the bird belongs to , thanks for caring for this bird
