  14. spread is a gene that takes the colour of the bar and spreads to the body in simple terms red x darks are my favoured pairing
  15. you would get most colours blues , mealys if not carrying spread ( from blue bar ) , blue chequer's tend to breed red and blue chequers but not t paterned , dark chequers tend to breed dark chequers and t - patterned which are the darkest reds , one thats not mentioned is the red grizzle spread typical of the Bricoux strain
