agree 100% It is a time consuming task helping with auctions/sales but those that do help do so for the benefit of the charity etc and many factors are beyond there control.

As I said earlier you can still have 100% guarantee of parentage by letting pairs out one at a time for an hour or so each day until they have laid. Once they have laid doing it this way the birds will know where there boxes are, have freedom and space to tread and then you can open all the boxes up to give the birds there freedom.
