  3. We are happy to announce that our new look website went live tonight. It's been freshened up, and made to be more user friendly. We will be working on it as we go along, to keep us at the top of the market. Please feel free to look around, and give your feedback. Regards alex http://www.rvwoodcraft.co.uk/
  4. All sorted😎 Phew😉
  5. Thank you for your support. Just to make people aware. I don't sell on pigeon basics, I advertise. I pay my money as an advertiser, and more, to the site to do what i do as agreed by admin. Must be an oversight if I need to be a gold member. i,ll address this matter immediately, don't want to upset anyone. Thank you for making me aware, and for your continued support with my two businesses. ;-) Kind regards alex Craftyfifer & RV Woodcraft Ps I've contacted admin for clarity on this pressing matter.
  6. Ive heard that bitumen paint is a very good product, and puts a form of skin onto the timber, and appears to be doing a very good job. This has been applied to a loft and external traps, and is redone every year. The old adage of "if you look after it, it will look after you". Im always looking to help where i can, and after care is just as important than the sale its self. Hope this helps. Regards alex
  7. I listen to all feedback, so thank you for raising that point. Any wood that is going to face the elements is now Birch ply as opposed to normal ply. Like anything wooden, it still needs treating to protect it. The Birch is a far superior material which costs that little bit more, but if its doing what it should be doing then that extra is well worth it. I monitor everything that i produce, and welcome feedback to help me keep on top of producing the best goods. Thank you for your feedback. Kind regards alex
  8. Since taking over RV Woodcraft, we have been extremely busy setting up, and completing orders at the same time. We thank each and every one of you that have placed an order and have shown patience waiting. We are starting to get on top of the orders now, and look to speed up our turn around. We now have another 2 staff members added to the team to take care of you. Here is some of our recent work that has been produced here in the UK using the best of materials, to customers specifications. If you want to add quality goods, that look the part and will last the test of time, please feel free to get in touch. Kind regards alex
  9. Here are some of the products that have been dispatched from Rv Woodcraft and Craftyfifer over the past few days. A lot of work has been done, and continues to be done, after the take over of RV Woodcraft, to get it where we are aiming for. We are still having difficulties with the phone lines, but is being worked on, and my email system has been down for nearly 2 weeks, which is frustrating, but we will get there. Got to say a huge thank you for the support, and orders that have come in, its been overwhelming, but encouraging. We have a very healthy order book, and are continuing to do our best for quick turn arounds, but quality will not be skimped on, to achieve this. Regards from all at RV Woodcraft and Craftyfifer

  14. *********ANNOUNCEMENT ********* Craftyfifer now owns RV Woodcraft. The people in the racing pigeon world will understand and realise, that this is a great company. RV Woodcraft was owned and run by Ray Vidler and wife Daphne, from Dover, for over 17 years. It is a very successful business, supplying thousands of customers over the years. Once it was made aware to me by Steve O'Dea and Peter Hargreaves, that it was possible for me to take over, the wheels were set in motion. I flew down to see Ray and Daphne, and after a nice day, was decided to go for it. Ray then drove up with all the machinery and spent the day in my new unit. He is returning next week to help me get on my feet. I have had a huge amount of support from all over, but especially my wife Karin Robertson Wight, who has seen it all unfold. There's been lots of late nights and long hours to get things in place, so a huge thank you to my partner in crime. I had told only a handful of people what my plans were, and it was received with great support and excitement, which was great. So from today I will be running the 2 businesses, with my first employee, John Harkins, who has been a great help setting up. I will have my wife in the office from 1st July, with the plan to build as we progress. I look forward to the challenge ahead, and once again thank you to everyone for your support. Feel free to pop in for a coffee. PLEASE NOTE THE 01304 219999 NUMBER HASNT BEEN DIVERTED YET, PLEASE USE THE MOBILE NUMBER TO GET IN TOUCH.
  15. Thank you Andy

  24. Daphne and Ray have decided to call it a day after 17 years of non stop trading, as from today. Retirement now beckons, and its fair to say they deserve a well earned rest. From all at Craftyfifer, we wish them a happy and peaceful retirement. **********Should anyone wish to have any products made, that Rv Woodcraft supplied, please feel free to get in touch to see if we could be of assistance*********** "craftyfifer". mobile: 07584373361, house: 01592 781123, e-mail: alex@craftyfifer.co.uk. www.craftyfifer.co.uk Facebook: Craftyfifer or Alex Wight Kindest regards alex
