yes wee used them in the stock loft at the garden and lost three nests got rid of them myself ive only ever used oat straw for donkeys years no problem.

i also used pigeon health same results bacterial infection i even had my canaries tested when i had them same results.quite alot of people take them to kevin winters at sunderland but ive just been told he has moved into a unit on the industrial estate somewhere if anyone interested i will find out.

this i believe will go down as the worst inland race in living memory i certainly havnt experienced a race like it in my life time 19,330 birds and i dont think the combine sheet would have been filled on the day.

the hongerlouts were bought by alec shoulder direct from belgium alec sold off most of the birds and resigned from his club because his wife had cancer and he had to looking aftewr his wife 24hrs a day,sadly she died and he is starting again this year i believe he has bought some of the birds back from people who purchaced them.they were mostly blues and cheqs,they won pure and crossed for alec,known alec for years lives about 4 miles from me.

yes magpies are classed as vermon they take eggs from the nests and also eat the youngsters if there is anything killed on the road they will eat the carcas as well
