Well it's gonnae be hard next week now that's for sure after getting beat tonight but they sure had enough chances to get a goal so we'll just have to wait and see how it goes next week :D :D :D

My mate is staying in a flat next door to it and never heard a thing he did'nt know anything about it until he went out the door this morning and seen all the fire engines ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Took my 26 older y/b's to Abbington this afternoon and they took exactly an hour and 23 of the 26 landed together and 2 about 5 mins later and 1 still missing when i left :-/ But the 2 that landed late landed right in the park from training not on the loft so i'll give them another chance but if it happens again they'll never do it another time :X :X :X

Yes that will be Wullie & Donny who flew for years in Hamilton as Reid bros..in fact there loft was next to Jock Marshalls when he won Rennes in 1952 Old Wullie told me a good story about that race a few times

The partnership was Wullie & Donny Reid ( Donny died 5 or 6 years ago ) They were 1st open Lanarkshire fed from Maidstone in the same year Alec Guinness won the combine.The only sale i can ever remember them having was 4 yrs ago when Wullie packed the doos in maybe the pigeon you are thinking of is John Feenie's great hen "Strathclyde Lass" :-/

Happy birthday to everyone and especially to my boy AT Thought he was getting interested in the doos about 18 months ago so got him to join here and he only lasted a couple of weeks and hasnae been on since then :X :X :X

Old Wullie Reid is still alive but gave up the pigeons 4 yrs ago and must be 95-96 now he used to keep his pigeons at the same place as mine but dont see him much now but he does come over to the park now and again to see the doos and every time you meet him he's as bright as a tack
