Still feel that Frankfurt is the best option giving the birds a crack at clearing the water

Looks like we have the interest. Seems to me we could do this if the race controller had a bit of latitude. If we take wind conditions seriously and dont liberate into strong westerly this could be a piece of history in the making. I'm up for this

What about the other club up there in Scotland? SNRPC. They seem up for distance racing. Good Fanciers by the sound of it. Had some tremendous results.

Just checked the map. From Frankfurt to central Scotland there is 650 miles. 200 or so over water.

Wonder what support it would get from Scotland?
