O.K YOU SAY THEY ARE ONLY BABIES, yet mature enough to breed? you probably has a car to train them 3 times a week say 20 mile plus , so how the hell did they do in years gone bye when they trained pigeons by bicicle 5 mile 10 mile . who cut the strings ???????????????????/ was watching a lib today when mobile aftrer mobile was going off .

well swilcox you have just blown the inbreeding theory right out of the water not to mention the fact that you honestly beleive that all pigeons have to be bred out of champions to be worthy dear dear where as thou been searching. just remind fanciers on this forum please how jester and carrie came about and what they have produced, and what m+d evans say about these birds £99 pound for 6 loella with no gaurentee how much for 6 of yours ? and are they gaurenteed??

well me two penneth loella created a niche in the market cheap pigeons available almost straight away and been bred down from the best performing birds on the planet or lofts there is no denial to this, if you wanted pedigrees you pay for them but it is the law of averages that something will come good and when those birds do come good what price do the owners put on them ? loella supply to demand and to think i was only a few quid behind them dreams, and also it is good place to start for novices cheap n cheerfull to learn the ropes before they get there hands bit off , and just remember a good pigeonman can race a pigeon , any tom dick n harry with a loose wallet can home a pigeon.......

  15. somewhere this thread lost the point . AND THE POINT BEEN BIRDS WITH LESS THAN MEDIOCRE RESULTS ARE BEEN ADVERTISED SOLD ON THIS SITE. fair enough individuals selling there own birds to down size etc. but regardless of donations due to selling pigeons this is highly unethical ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,spare me i dont need the drivel or i would wear a bib, but there is too much crep out there with out adding to it.....................
  16. welldone ( me ) think your reply is nail on the head we dont realy need people taking advantage of this site by selling pigeons as a gain fair enough the odd cock n hen pair here n there but not reguarly i browsed through some of the birds for sale not knocking the breeding or pedigrees but,,,,,,,,,,,,, the performances are les than average , and put them against the results of the up north combine and they are f33ing dismall 50th against 2000 32 against 1150 these birds arnt worthy of a perch........
  17. yes i fully appreciate i lost time not just by going after the second pigeon but 3rd and the 4th pigeon as well n this was on a 50 mile race if i lost that was for me to deal with but i know in me heart where they lie n thats all that counts to me cos i aint selling pigeons, but ithink what may have got to them is knowing someonelse has won involuntarily,,,,,,,
  18. my principle is if i have one or more birds drop together then i remove all rubbers first then place in thimbles and drop thm all in the clock consequivetly .how can you claim one bird was first if they all arrived together?? or the clock shows same time? my only argument was that if i was using ets then all birds would have recorded the same second /// but this nothing to do with ets .
  19. thanx square peg my sentiments too have been checking open results now for last 4 weeks it is happening regular where a flyer has two birds with same aft/veloc in diff orgarnizations ie, up north ,mnfc, welsh open to name a few/////////////////
  20. its the second time it has happened to me ,the fiirst time i clocked 3 birds 2on 44seconds 3rd on 46 seconds the secretary worked out diff velocities for each bird on the priniple one sec apart,,,,,,,,,,, all well n good cos i was a mile behind.. first young bird race yesterday clocked 4 birds 2on 44sec 1on 48 1on 50 still didnt win but where do i stand????
  21. yes but do they carry the same velocity?/aft or shhould adjustments be made??
  22. hi folks whats your oppiniopns on clocking two birds on the same second with a t3 how should the results work out ????????????
