yeh mine are streetwise to ive never lost a bird at home in 22 years when others living in my village have that tells me something but that system would not suit sprint pigeons nowadays only plodders.

tryed it long ago i found it very hard to dilute i bought it freely at a animal feed suppliers but now i just use ivormectin i swear by it for mites anyway i proved it works but i got the strong stuff of my local vet not the weaker one made for pigeons its like water the one i got is far thicker and a quarter of the price and my vet told me it worms them as well i actually keep asking her that and she assures me it does worm them horse paste is probabley to costly its so long ago i bought it i 4 get the cost.

problem easily solved by using layers pellets there very high in calcium they have to be for comercial egg layers.

can any one enlighten me about pigeon basics stand at blackpool ive been attending the show the last 11 years and never ever new it exsisted what is it ,what does it sell etc,who mans it ?

gulkiie thats what i tried to say they dont not in their own area i know that for a fact they maybe let the odd good one escape but to them that was not to be ask the locals for a pair or young one out of their no1 breeding hen then see what they say.

rooster believe me i know,iam no edgit iam a popular well liked pigeon fancier i know many people but to be fair ill name no names trust very few over here i could write a book its not the pigeons eyes i look at its the fanciers. o and lifes not fair lol.

they have the best ardens or arden based birds in the world, their rolands pedigrees are saturated in winners a bit of TLC and good feeding,baths etc then given a month or 2 and iam sure they would be different birds.

outstanding i have handled over 50 brought into ireland recently koopmans wer good also ardens hartogs. kirkpatricks wer poor [bad handlers] but all others very impressivevalue for money yes only probs were the odd cock turned out a hen vice versa etc.
