Try to check his mouth... since you dont know what he did the last 12 days there might be some diseases inside his body which we dont know. If there are some yellowish color inside his mouth You have to separate him from other birds and cure him at least 3days of antibiotic (canker/cocci/respiratory). Give him peanuts and feeds... after you cure him start giving him multi vitamins... just my two cents.... thanks, batusai!
