There was a problem with certain people using the black nest felts, better sticking to the brown ones, JMO, the hens could be getting unsettled, and chased off the nests, check you have no rodents about in your loft. Hope you get the problem fixed out mate, dont wont to loose anymore,

There is a BOP nest not far from me, wan mile, am friendley with some owe the guys that work there, they are saying that the BOPS are talking out seagulls etc, so they wont starve, no matter hom long we keep the doos in,
