Rab, you are insured through your employer, the Fed runs like a business, so if you are hurt doing work like loading the transporter, suely you have to be insured by the Fed,
If a fed member goes up the ladder,and he is still employed by a company, he falls off the ladder, who pays the guy for being off his work due to injury, broken leg, the Fed, something that should be worked on for loading transporters.
