if it was a general meeting, its a members vote, if its a delegates meeting then it would be delegates, but how many delegates a club has should go by the size of the club, Ie 1 delegate per 12 members etc, -

any of the floor whites you get just mix with water, but i prefer masonary paint, dries quick and fills any gaps,

yes agree, you have all had your bit banter will lock it before it goes over the top.

dont know if you can still get it but the carbine miners used in their lamps, throw some down the hole then put water down, this will gas them and they wont run throw it to get out, if you can mix it in their food, but makes a mess when they blow up,
