I have just removed a post on this thread a Fancier suggesting what the writer in the BHW was on about,

RPRA website the RAPTOR ALLIANCE, Petition they are employing lawyers etc, but need names and reports, they have a form in the BHW every week to get names dont think they are getting them, individuals will get nowhere m8, they must get so many names to get anything done,
