(if its helping members this would be allowed at the discretion of admin,) this sort ad used to be charged for, now its allowing clubs/Feds and members private off site sales to advertise their venue and time and date, but not lists of birds, as some Feds and clubs have sales in their club rooms etc, but not professional sellers,

update to rule 5 SALEs, New outside sale update as from 12 11 2014./Sales can be Advertised Free if only Name,Date, Time and Place are given, (no birds lists or ring numbers or links to other sites.)this is for clubs/Feds and members private off site sales,( not for Professional sellers)
