Just noticed quite a number of hotels advertising in the pigeon mags, still quite a few near the winter gardens, which are usually all snapped up by now. Also busses advertising they still have many seats and willing to go out their way from normal to accomodate pick ups. Does this mean less fanciers than before, and will this have an effect on prices of birds at auctions? :-/

I think you will find, that it is those who will not be at Blackpool, are the ones who will steer the sh**e, I am sure all those who attend will act as adults are expected to do. I for one will be in attendance, and look forward to meeting fanciers from all over, and other sites.

Yes I agree with what you are saying, however without members, then even less birds, less fed fees, so where does it all stop/ What I would like to know, is why are we in this position, when you see others saying their fees are £20 etc. surely it costs the same to run a Fed regardless where you live :-/ Also, we can not insist members send a certain number of birds, some only keep small teams and are happy with that, as I said b4, to some people this is a hobby. I have what may be classed as a big team, so therefor I believe I should pay for what I send, Anyway, lets wait till Sunday and all will be addressed. All the best
