  3. bird i got back from eastbourne had it on the ets ring chris it did work ok for me just if sending to the nationals i would make sure it is on the metal ring

  9. just told a story tonight a bird from the national race from newbury returned late with the rubber over the ets ring on crossing the pad it never registered so said fancier lifted the bird onto the pad to see if it would register nothing until he took the rubber off the ets ring worked ok after that so beware it could cost you i would ask to put it on the metal ring just to be safe

  14. jade your reason for clashing surely is not the west of scotland feds rather the english north roaders delboy i am sure glasgow will allow you back in when the season is over there must be many members of midland fed who must be crying out for the east coast route for ybs can you not try and change it like lanarkshire members are trying to do

  23. as its not faulty then i guess your post won't count ib it might go faulty and will be replaced if it does quite poor i agree thought more of unikon
  24. just on your first point there sapper it will tell you how many pads are connected even if they are faulty last year i had a nick in the cable the base station said the pads were connected but my birds never timed check with a spare ring everytime you set up for a race or training just to check its working we had a problem at our club on friday my clock was not run off the previous week caused a bit of bother kept saying programme failed when marking birds think it was more to do with the new update i think
  25. The Bug that is affecting some members & many others in West Lothian & surrounding areas is confirmed by the MAF as PARAMYXO - not Ciro Virus as published in some of the media. The people who went through the correct proceedure to have their birds checked out with the Top Vets have had the results back in "writing" to confirm the bug and the steps that have to be applied. If all fanciers had done the right thing many weeks ago a lot of pigeons could have been saved. The facts are if you cannot afford to vaccinate then just give up the Sport, for the sake of the birds & fellow fanciers. As it stands at the moments things have now settled and the needle is working overtime - maybe a bit late ! taken from the fauldhouse club page on pigeonbasics get your birds jagged as soon as you can
