always thought they should hold the marking if the weather looked bad but our weather can change so quickly i reckon the birds should be at the liberation point just in case you get a break in the weather the less time in the baskets the better for the birds but if everybody keeps holding back the birds will lack the experience of being held-over later in life just my opinion
  20. Thomas enjoy your break some people are saying you've lost your accent already and went all posh everybody to call you Thomas from now on
  21. i reckon they stay together especially young birds the route they take depends on the wind west wind i guess the solway bird's would break at berwick or when the first birds drop into the eye valley east wind the eye valley birds may break at carlisle or Gretna area guess i will never know novice report bad post's to the webmaster!!!! i have always found the site moderators to be fair in there removal of posts the only one i ever fell out with was ib not to say they are always right because they are only human rabfefe good luck mate hope you get a good un
  22. thanks king billy thats cheered us all up ;D
  23. oh yes your bird must be with the leaders but the wind will have a bearing on the winner of a national young-bird race agree or disagree?
  24. bbc is showing a south easterly wind for monday it will no doubt change again before monday
  25. good luck to everybody bar argumentative fifers hopefully the liberation's will be together just like they should be
