a non union member can have ring through bird they bought but dont need to be a union member but as such they have to follow the unions stray polocy yet the union there ring/s belong to will notify them as there union ring , but the owner wont be a union member and have these benifits that the rest of us have to pay

with you now , but if your a shu member for instance you can buy R.P.R.A union birds and not be a member ?????? how do they enforce there rules then ? surely they would have new owners details on record and union ring bring the enforcement on rings only , but the owner of these rings wouldnt need to pay union fees but have same benifit as members

will this new ruling keep new fanciers from joining or make it even hard for ones wishing to apply to join

he could of resolved this straight away and still could if he wanted to do so , but as communication has broken down on his side i have to address the problem in the way off a breach of contract , i have no evidence to say his claims are factual and quoting him on his terms and condition the quality of birds sent out arent his responsibilty and thats the terms for any auction, i was actual thinking that this may of been resolved today a glimmer of light but alas not , if indeed he has funished you with clear evidence to back his claim then why havent i the purchaser had the same evidence or was it the possibilty of been caught red handed , as i have not the evidence then i will have to still persue on the bases of breach of contract which i dont want to , but i have no option until he can see sense and resolve it like a man

well i phone Mr Owen up with a view to resolve this as he is the third party , hes at work till 5 so ill ring after tea time

its pretty much the same with supermarkets it werent long a go you could get a unbranded tin of beans for 4p now 29p and as you say theres no drop in prices on anything apart from the petrol , they'll increase there profit margins no end then pay the share holders , theres no evidence of prices coming down breads still aint and as you say wheat prices are low , this is rip off Britain it wouldnt happen anywhere else in Europe
