  11. what do you mean ,,dual nest boxes ?? im assuming you mean widowhood boxes ,if so ,their probably the best
  12. your first bird home ;D seriously ,if your birds are confident , trusting, and contented , they really should trap ok [one tip is,,never grab a yb on arrival from a race, pick it up gently, otherwise this could make it a bad trapper for all time] good luck
  13. this,in my opinion is very correct ,,,,,,,,,,but if you got 17 out of 20 on a bad racing day when others never timed ,doesnt sound like respiratory [i know you said yb,s,, are they in a different loft than the ob,s?]
  14. could be the reasons as above , but i think yb,s [even pairing stage] should fly longer than this , i would tend to have their droppings tested [just as a precautionary measure] and make sure there is no respiratory probs, b4 any training .good luck
  15. a lovely pigeon ionela, what breed is it? i cant think why your birds died last year , but maybe 60 is too many for a beginner,, hope you have better luck now

  20. i agree with you vic,",where theres money theres muck"but beleive this is very far and few between ,, pigeon fanciers are not daft and would soon cotton on [and do],,,but i do agree with you,,, , but most are dedicated pigeon men are honest ,and would see nothing in not genuinly winning ,,,,,,,,,,but money, the route of all evil, is certainly a true saying
