  2. my yound birds are eating and doing great! they have been away from the parents for about 5 days now so a want to get them walking about the loft the only problem is the cant fly up the the trap door i let them out any ideas? i see a lot of guys on the forum want the ybs out afte 3 days of weaning how is this possible if they cant fly

    Yes you make a very good point rjc maybe I should try other alternatives before I make it do a disaperring act! If it was up to me my terrier would be out the back 24/7 but the missus isny up for it

    To be honest as soon as I open the door the thing runs away so I don't think I can skoosh it with anything so a think its going to be on its travels to the countryside very soon
  17. About 2 weeks mate they seem very settled sitting in there next boxes just no eggs
  18. Since i have moved up to my new address and got the pairs settled and on eggs etc, I have managed to get 8 pair down on eggs and reering youngsters but i have one pair who have laid 2 sets of eggs which were clear and another pair who have failed to even lay! what would you do in this situation would you get rid? I was thinking what i could do to help but im allready providing fresh food fresh water grits minerals etc Thanks in advance

    he is in the house at night! i was just about to go to my bed and the spotlight came on and a seen the wee bas so alfie got woke up and lauched oot the back door to play with the little bas

  24. Thats the young ones weaned one day now i was nervous to see what happened as i didnt want to set any back or harm them but went in this afternoon too feed them and they were all fine squeking and eating away!!!!
