we want is to loose good member's of this forum . who have had a big input.

If you are suggesting that harassing a couple because their son has broken the law is kosher, think when you face the man with the wig you'll find to your cost its not. Having read through many of the posts regarding this sorry matter. I will assist DoveScot and any other member in any way possible in taking this matter to the relevant authorities. However I cannot facilitate the witchhunt that seems to have persued. And as such I am asking for all members to please refrain from posting any personal contact details. Hounding the parents of Jamie is not going to help, and indeed only lowers ourselves to the level of the original 'crime'.

Having now read though all the posts since I last logged on this after noon I will try and answer all comments, this one first

Webmaster, I would appreciate your help in dealing with this matter, and appreciate that the site cannot condone a witch hunt for Mr Cox.

I do not want a witch hunt I only want to enlighten people to the facts

1.  I have all the relevent emails, pm's and Paypal invoices and name/numbers of all the people in Amtrak that can verify my case

2.  Mr Cox assumes that me being 313 miles from him is a safe distance to rip me off

3.  His parents are as bad as him, in the fact that they lie and cover for him and warn him off when things are happening. When I arrived and asked for Jamie I was told he did not finnish his work till 5.30 pm, no problem I will wait, waited for some time after that and went back to his door, they then told me he was away on a course and would not be home for two weeks

4.  The softly softly treatment does not work with the likes of the Coxs as they will play every card they have to get out of trouble or prolong the case till it fizzles out

5,  His parents are blatant liars like their son, even when faced with hard evidence. They swore blind constantly that both of them and Jamie put eight white pigeons in the basket, I got them to repeat it several times, then showed them a message from Jamie saying that he was annoyed that his parents used his best show basket to send the pigeons while he was at work

6.  I had amtrak on the phone while at their door swearing blind they put eight birds in the basket yet the drive confirming that their was only three or four, their answer well he is not certain then is he

 

So as regards laying off the parents then I am sorry I have no sympathy for them at all as they are as big a part of the problems as Jamie

I have just had a phone call from a pc 5132 Rossi from Burlem police, telephone number 08453 30 20 10

 

Coxy's parents were saying that there son is away on a cousre and will be home on the 11th of October, and will sort this out

 

They swear blind that there were eight pigeons in the basket

Also his parents are saying I threatentened to kill their son and burn their house down

 

I can swear on my Kids life I made no threats at all at any time

I explained to him that he could phone the local police who would happily give me a character reference and why.

I am well known by the police because I can handle myself "why do you have violent tendances  :-/" the PC asked "no because I used to teach personal safety with the local crime prevention officer. do you want his home telephone number or I can get him to phone you  ;D"

I have been told to let this matter wait till he returns

ive spoken to his club sec and she swore that he hasnt won anything,owed money to the club, and never had a heart attack like he claimed.i think he needs the dentist to call round,he,s good at removing teeth!. ;D

My comment was geared toward the latest 'idea' on the board, a team appearing on the doorstep, DoveScot. It is sod-all to do with parents, Coxy is an adult and the parents are no longer responsible for his actions.

 

Your comment on even a single guy doorstepping the parents is OK - would you feel the same if it was your parents? Being targetted by a stranger on your own doorstep because of your [son's] failure to keep to a bargain you had no part in?

Thats one of the problems with doorstepping, witnesses. There's two of them and one of you? They have obviously made a complaint. Witness corroboration, that's all it takes for a charge and a conviction.

No what you are saying Alf, but its the rabblerousers on here that need to be chilled out of doing something stupid. This isn't the olden days when you could go to someones door with a complaint. If you do that now they are likely to do one of two things - phone the police, or come at you with a weapon.
