Where Do They Get To?

A hen came home today - she's very thin - 4 years old, she's been to a few channel races

 

She went to Roye up on 11.6.17 at 5.45am in a South West wind (incidentally we were 2nd in that race doing 1499ypm) 375 miles

 

She had a note attached to her ETS ring (very professionally done - typed, laminated and with double sided sticky tape - not a chance of it coming off! He's done this before I thought!)

 

She totally went the wrong way! - I had 7 birds back from this race in a short space of time all doing over 1400ypm (I sent 14)

 

She's ended up in Bricqueville la Blouette - it's between St Malo and Cherbourg - so she had gone West - in a South West wind

 

Makes you wonder why though
