DEAD SIMPLE DRY SAND ROUND YOUR CORN BIN NUTHIN SLUGS HATE MORE THAN DRY SAND EVERY DAY IS A SCHOOL DAY LEARN SOMTHING NRW EVERY DAY

gravel, sand,  salt all stop slugs , even crushed up egg shells  but the old slug pub works ,, a can , with little beer at the bottom ,, will soon be filled with slugs , but strange getting them in this weather, with  hard frost etc,, anyway, watch the birds dont drink the beer , you might not have the best birds, but youll certainly  have the happiest ;D ;D ;D

use double sided sticky tape wrap round your bins

even the bottom of your lofts

then sprinkle salt on the tape

should keep them out
