yeboah Posted September 23, 2016 Report Posted September 23, 2016 Corridor for Racing loft every time for me ,birds don't get disturbed especially if strangers to the pigeons are in the loft After all it's their home
Valiant Fifer Posted September 23, 2016 Report Posted September 23, 2016 Realy like an aviary. When the birds have a bath no predators can get thum. Good for breaking birds to loft also.
j888 Posted September 24, 2016 Author Report Posted September 24, 2016 Thanks for replys corridor and aviary it is
greenbar Posted September 24, 2016 Report Posted September 24, 2016 We use the corridor for the birds bath.like they say.they can bathe with out looking out for u know who.
gulkie Posted September 24, 2016 Report Posted September 24, 2016 We use the corridor for the birds bath.like they say.they can bathe with out looking out for u know who.I think it is handy if using ETS you only need 1 pad I wouldn't beWithout a corridor ,wish I had room for an aviary .
Blue Chequer Pied Posted September 24, 2016 Report Posted September 24, 2016 Why not have both corridor and aviary.
Guest ljb107 Posted September 25, 2016 Report Posted September 25, 2016 I went from a 10x6 split in two with a box aviary on the front and loved it. I've now got a 16x8 with 3 sections and a corridor with no aviary and i hate it. If i get a new loft when i move i think i'll go for one without a corridor and an aviary on the front again, my birds were alot tamer and in much better condition in my old converted shed to be honest.
buster151 Posted September 25, 2016 Report Posted September 25, 2016 Not hijacking original post, but for people who like corridors would you have at front or back of loft

Do you find with having a corridor that your birds werent as tame because you werent entering the sections as often ?
Guest ljb107 Posted September 27, 2016 Report Posted September 27, 2016 Do you find with having a corridor that your birds werent as tame because you werent entering the sections as often ? Yes, that's spot on. I'n future i'd either go for one without a corridor or get a loft with a corridor at the back so that i can have aviaries on the front.
