Strange Ring ?

My near neighbour has a bird in its ring number is JWA. 052 ,it's a proper ring not a clip ring ? Anyone any idea about what it is or where it's from ?

A guy across the road from me has allsorts of different typres of pigeons fantails pouters you name it...he get's his own rings made and puts them on at birth

Thanks guys I will say to him this weekend when I see him . As far as I know it's a pure black cock , he thought it was a pouter but wasn't 100% sure as it's got a racers type of body on it . Pouters are usually very light .
