Roland Posted July 23, 2016 Report Posted July 23, 2016 Said it before, just a few weeks back, that Laura Muir epitomises what I believe is, and should be what the Scots are … How could any sports person in the U.K. not be proud of her performances. Even her tremendous feats when running the 3000 metres etc. and other distances not – supposedly – her fortitudes. Last night I shouted myself hoarse at the telly. What sheer guts and determination as she broke the British record held previously by Kelly Holmes. I think she is fearless but realistic and a credit to British sport. Yes another great Scottish athlete of so many. Yes I had tears in my eyes and banged the arms of the settee lol. http://thepowerof10.info/athletes/profile.aspx?athleteid=19602
