hi my name is mike im from  witney in oxfordshire. im new to pigeons and ive only got 15 birds .i took over the birds from my brother who hadpigeons for around 40 yrs but now hes having treatment for the big c. im on the lookout for some cheap or free birds.i also need someone local to me to second me to join clubs.

wellcome to the site... i reckon 15 birds is a decent start...breed yourself some ybs...learn the 'trade' and have some fun. plenty of advice and birds available on here...just don't load yourself up with lots of birds to quickly(only my opinion though )

Welcome Mike , good luck and very best wishes to Colin. Do you live in the same area as your brother? If you do can't you get in to his club? If not where abouts are you?

Or just change his membership to your name.

Further I believe that it will be passed that proposer and seconder won't be needn't as such soon according to the new RPRA ruling.

And breed a couple of rounds... and race them through. Better to stick with a proven loft thhan add willy nilly by far.
